Y-3's 'Kaiwa' sneakers are inspired by the constant communication between Yohji Yamamoto and adidas, they're named after the Japanese word for 'conversation'. This pair is made from off-white full-grain leather and has flexible neoprene trims. Wearing them with cropped trousers will keep the elongated tongues and distinctive foam 'bubbles' in full view.
