Kris Van Assche	Mummy streez/bondage	Fits half size larger. Same midsole as cp.	Most comfortable hi tops I have owned, lacing allows for a tight grip. Could be a pain to re-lace them if you want both laces to be equal>>OCD. midsole is grey but awesome. blends perfectly with the rest of the shoe. cut-out leather is stiff. suede is soft. Made in Croatia like most kva footwear. fall/winter 2010. I catch people looking down as they walk by. Lanvin	Captoe Lowtop - Modern Sole	Fits 1.5 US sizes bigger than the designer marked size. For example, a Lanvin 10 fits a size US11.5. The low tops have a wide sole and can accomodate wider feet. The toe box is fairly roomy, noticeably roomier than the old sole version.	Very luxurious shoes. The sole used on modern Lanvin shoes is exclusive to Lanvin. Most are made in Italy, however some low-top models (2010 and newer permanent collection like the black suede with black captoe model) are now produced in Portugal.	28.5	29.5						3	High

The materials used are generally more varied and interesting than other shoes, sometimes to the point of being over the top. Louis Vuitton	Punchy	Fits true to size, printed size is 8, in which I would assume is a UK8. LV sneakers doesn't come with a traditional box with the printed info or serial number on the box, those production boxes are thrown and they provide a new sliding box for each shoes they sell.	A vintage looking sneaker boots, features an outsized LV logo stitched on the side and a leather cap-toe. Comes in varying upper; suede, canvas (damier monogram - no Outsize LV logo) and smooth leather. Very low-profile and sleek, can be dressed up or down.			29.5					4	High
Maison Martin Margiela	Classic High Top	Fits true-to-size; if you are a US 9 or 9.5, it is recommended that you get size It42. The leather will stretch some with wear. The classic high top is known for being more spacious than the classic low top.	Extremely comfortable and unique trainer. The calf-split leather is very soft. Unfortunately, the shoes are not known for their longevity. Can be worn in various ways however you need a lot of swag to pull them off well. The extra wide laces and extra tall tongue draw a lot of gazes. This shoe is best worn with very casual clothes.		28.5		30	31			3	Medium
Maison Martin Margiela	German Army Trainer, Lowtop	Fits true to size. If you are an 8 in Chucks, take the IT 41. If you are a US 9, take an IT 42. The classic GAT low top fits much tighter than a classic high top in the exact same size.	A reproduction of the Austrian "German Army Trainer" shoe. Extremely comfortable. The calf-split leather is very soft. Unfortunately, the shoes are not known for their longevity. The laces are much thinner than on the classic high top. This shoe is best worn with very casual clothes. Maison Martin Margiela	Mid-Top Trainers	Fits true to size.	A mid-top version of the classic high-tops with wide laces and gum soles. Very casual and very athletic looking. I jog in these, not Lanvins.			29					3	High
Raf Simons	Ankle-Strap High Top	I wear 8 in Chucks and this particular shoe is pretty snug although I usually wear 40 in Rafs. I may have been happier with a 41.	This is not the Astro model with the pocket but rather the ankle-strap version.	28							∞	High
Raf Simons	Vandal - Patent	Very narrow shoe with extremely low profile toe box. Fits one size larger; a US 9 will fit into an IT 41. However, due to the narrowness and low profile, it may be necessary to size true to your actual size; i.e. a US 9 would take an IT 42.	Raf Simons' interpretation of the Nike Vandal. This shoe has two downsides: the soft sole which wears very quickly and the thin, woven laces which do not look very luxurious in comparison to the rest of the shoe. The black patent Vandals are best paired with black APC jeans.		29.5						4	Medium

Fits true to size, maybe slightly big in terms of length. Size down if you are in between sizes for a snug fit.	Definitely not for the faint of heart, has to be rocked right with confidence. The drouble tongue, ankle strap and back pocket makes it impossible to cover the shoes with your jeans/pants. Wear with caution. They have to be tucked or at least stacked. Tucking them under the hem of your pants is an unacceptable sneaker foul.			30	30.5				5	High

Rick Owens	High-Top Sneakers	Fits true to size and wide. Needs some breaking in.	This Rick Owens high-top has a panel detail design with the usual side-zips and laces combo and its signature thick rubber sole. It is also heavy and bulky. Looks and feels tough as well. Distinct differences between this seasons and the older version are the raised toes and it got rid of the staples in the back of the mid-sole.		29						5	High

Yves Saint Lauren	Rollins	Fits a size big.	The best looking plimsol, high-top sneakers out there. Sole is thinner and looks more fragile, leather is thin and flimsy but it has stood the wears I put it through. Very low profile and sleek.		29.5						4	Low
